Howdy, I'm Dan — I bridge the gap between design and code. I formerly wrote code for the website redesign at Allianz Life and their ReadySet annuity tool. Notably before that I helped lead development at SportsEngine with their proprietary CMS SiteBuilder. Maintaining, developing and implementing custom themes & tools for over 15,000 websites. Previously I wrote the redesign for the University Recreation & Wellness Center at the University of Minnesota and I’ve also worked with YAMAMOTO design agency to build out their website redesign.
When I am not coding I enjoy cycling, running, camping, all the coffee, DIY projects and road trips in my renovated camper van. I also moonlight as a Professional Caricature Artist drawing at all kinds of events.
I live for the pursuit of seeing dreams grow into fruition. To prove what is possible and to inspire. I focus on challenging conceptual limits, revitalizing systems and exploring the details of our designed world.
